Each rental day is calculated from the time the vehicle is handed over to you. For example, if you pick up the car at 7:00 PM, your rental day will end at 7:00 PM the following day. The exact pick-up and return times are specified in your booking and rental agreement.

Yes, you can receive the car at a location that’s convenient for you. Delivery within Tbilisi and to the city’s airport is free of charge. We can bring the car to your hotel, home, airport, or another agreed location. For more remote areas, an additional delivery fee applies: $100 one way to Batumi and Kutaisi, and $70 to Borjomi, Gudauri, and Upper Lars. We’ll confirm the delivery details and cost with you in advance.

Yes, returning the car in another city is possible, but this needs to be arranged in advance. For example, you can pick up the car in Tbilisi and return it in Batumi, Kutaisi, or even in Armenia. This is especially convenient for one-way trips, allowing you to continue your journey without having to return to your starting point.

The standard package includes CDW coverage (similar to comprehensive insurance). If the car is damaged through no fault of your own, simply contact the police and let us know, once your innocence is confirmed, the insurance will cover the damage. Damage caused by the driver, as well as damage from potholes, stones, and certain other road situations, is not included in the standard coverage. If you’d like extra peace of mind, extended coverage is available for 20% of the rental price.
